Jon Higginbotham is the Managing Partner of Paradigm, a boutique consulting firm based in San Diego that specializes in AI and low-code automation. Before founding Paradigm in 2024, Jon spent over five years at eXp Realty, progressing from Mendix Developer to Engineering Team Lead and Principal Software Engineer. Prior to that, he served as Information Systems Manager at Latitude Wines Inc, where he developed an award-nominated ERP system that fully automated wine and liquor importing operations.

His philosophy centers on the power of small, focused teams to create outsized impact, combining cutting-edge AI tools with low-code platforms and real engineering experience.
